-chain 26, sc in first chain from the hook
-continue to sc around for 1 round
-2nd row, sc around and add 1 stitch at the back of the skirt
-3rd row, sc around and add 3 sts at the back of the skirt
-4th row, sc in first stitch, 2 sc in second stitch, continue that pattern around
-now sc around for 10 rows
-final row, sc in first stitch, chain 3, sc in the next stitch, and complete this pattern across to create a ruffle appearance at the bottom of the skirt
-finish off
