Materials: Red Heart Gumdrops Yarn with a size 2 hook
starting at the top of the skirt or shirt...
-chain 30, sc in first chain you made to create a loop
-sc in rounds, crochet a total of 3 rows of sc
-4th row will be DC, increasing 1 stitch 4 times (spaced throughout the row)
-crochet 4 more rows of DC
-last 2 rows will be in sc
-finish off
