day at the beach

Went to the beach last week and had a blast taking some photos. Thought I might share a few! We live near quite a few beaches, but rarely seem to take the time to visit them. I am not much of go-in-the-ocean kind of girl, but I do absolutely love to be on the sand or standing on the cusp of the magical watery world. The freezing cold waves splashing upon my feet and legs are so refreshing! And breathing the ocean air does wonders for a soul. I always find anything ocean related to be so incredibly inspiring. I think that the mysteriousness of what lies deep beneath the surface grips my never ending interest in myths and legends. One day I will spot a mermaid tail, or stumble upon a magical item that will transform me! If that never happens.... I would settle for seeing some dolphins swimming by!
